Case-sensitivity in API Edit

There is a artist named KoRn but when I call getSong("Korn", "song that i know exist in lyricwiki.org") it return "Not found". The difference is r and R in Korn and KoRn. Plese remove case sensitive. Best regards — The preceding unsigned comment was added by 58.187.126.97 (talk).

Or maybe just an extra parameter getSong(artist, songname, ignoreCase <default = false>). The previous unsigned comment was written by — The preceding unsigned comment was added by Mischko (talk).
I'm thinking this convo is old? The API isn't completely case-insensitive (because MediaWiki isn't) but it comes very close now. Just about the only way to mess it up is to pass something in as all caps which isn't capitalized in the song-title.

I have a probleme with your crossdomain.xml file, with the new version of FlashPlayer i can't call our webservice ! Please can you just update your crossdomain like this ? Thx.

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE cross-domain-policy SYSTEM "http://www.macromedia.com/xml/dtds/cross-domain-policy.dtd">
<cross-domain-policy>
   <allow-access-from domain="*" secure="false" />
   <allow-http-request-headers-from domain="*" headers="SOAPAction"/>
</cross-domain-policy>
It's been updated. Thanks for figuring out what had to be changed!
