Hi there!

I'm just some guy from southern California who loves alternative rock and a bit of electronic music (especially progressive trance). My tastes within said genres tend to vary from mainstream to the most hipster, never-heard-of bands and musical artists. Favorite artists include Coldplay and Death Cab For Cutie for alternative rock and related, and Digitalism and DJ Tiësto for electronic music.

The structure of lyrics MUST be right, or it will be changed. Also, I hate punctuation at the end of lines unless it's question marks and exclamation marks! (unless it's the underrated interrobang...Google it if you're curious) I blame my time spent as editor-in-chief as my high school newspaper for this, as well as my other little grammar foibles.

I can't speak anything other than English and don't have the time to learn much else, although I would love to learn German and Finnish someday, and possibly even move to Germany or Finland or England! For now, though, it's simply a distant dream.

I also happen to perform music on my own, but right now I'm just trying to get a show here and there and write some of my own music. Maybe you'll even see some of my songs on here someday!
