This song is the first part of Wings For Marie. The second and last part is called 10,000 Days (Wings Part 2).
Judith Marie Keenan Garrison is the mother of Tool's vocalist, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maynard_James_Keenan Maynard James Keenan). Until her death on June 18, 2003, for 27 years or approximately 10,000 days, she suffered severe pain and paralysis following a brain aneurysm.
