I'll just correct anymore I find ;). Please forgive me for saying this but your certifying note doesn't really come across as you have compared recorded version to lyrics and are confirming the accuracy of the same. There is also a default message (I use that but I think I'm meant to really write something additional like you have written above) for if you leave the parameter blank.
