I believe it's "Grown Up a Cow"
Meaning that he's gotten so high on fame and isn't a cute idea anymore, but a symbol of big corporations.
I believe so
[edit] "Cause Lennon's on sale again"
Should it be "Cause Lenin's on sale again"? in context: "Now the workers have struck for fame Cause Lenin's on sale again" Lenin being the Russian leader and prominent image of Communism in the 20th century.

According to 1973's The Songs of David Bowie, the line is "Lennon's on sale again." Considering the time the song was written it is most likely in reference to Lennon's first solo album "John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band." To further support this interpretation, this album also featured Lennon's "Working Class Hero." Lyrics in Lennon's "Working Class Hero" can be connected with Bowie's "Now the worker's have struck for fame" just as adequately as Vladimir Lenin can.
