• check spelling, content and facts.
• create albums to group songs appropriately.
• enter artist data such as Hometown or Related Artists.
• make the page a redirect to an already existing artist page.
• mark the page for deletion using the {{Deletion}} template if it meets the criteria. (Note that in almost all cases a redirect is preferable!)

If the pagename is correct and in accordance to our page naming policy, and if all required information is present, you can upgrade the artist to Bronze.
