[edit] Band Biography
The Number H project was born in 2006 from the minds of Andrea Murgia (bass) and Alessandro Zucca (guitar). They decided to carry out their dream, after their previous project, Vanishing Floor, was over. After testing some musicians, they called back their good friend Cesare Bogazzi (singer from Vanishing Floor) and chose Daniele Esu as their drummer.
They started writing their own songs (Alessandro writes most of the music, and the lyrics are by Cesare), with influences from 70's great rock bands (as Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin...) and some 90's rock music.
The band made its debut on the March 1st, 2007, with one hundred minutes of rock, brand new songs and energy.
During May 2007, Number H recorded their first and homonymous album, with nine songs, and then they started to look for a production. Their search gave results during 2009, when the band got in contact with the record company SG Records, and together they published Number H second album, Whisper in your ear.
[edit] Alessandro Zucca
Alessandro Zucca was born on March 29, 1981, in Cagliari (Italy). When he was 11 years old, he began to study flute at music conservatory of Cagliari, later he bagan to study guitar as autodidact.
With some friends formed his first band called RH Posistivo, he played with them for 8 years changing various lineup and playing from rock to rock progressive.
He was the guitarist of Area 71 and Buzz untill was introduced in the Vanishing Floor where he met Andrea and Cesare and later he formed the Number H with them.
Alessandro uses: Fender Telecaster and Stratocaster, Gibson Les Paul Traditional Gold Top and Les Paul Vixen, Yamaha APX700 guitars and Mesa Boogie Single Rectifier amps.

Andrea Murgia was born on September 29, 1978. The music came into his life since he was a child. He began to play a guitar but he left and he started to play the bass guitar.
When he was 13 years old he played with his first band with some friends. After, he played with others bands called Sandglass and USL that they gave him the possibility to grow up in the music.
In 1996 he met Cesare Bogazzi that he played with a band called Five Against One. It was born a friendship with him and in the 1999 the Vanishing Floor, the band of Cesare Bogazzi, they called Andrea as bass player and after some changes line up he met Alessandro Zucca. In the 2005 that band split and he formed with Alessandro a new band, they got Daniele Esu as drummer and they called their old friend Cesare Bogazzi. It was born the Number H!
During Ninties Andrea started to study sound engineering and he worked as a soundman. In the 2006 he got a university degree in Music. In the 2007 he left Italy and he went to London to grow up in the music life, but never left the Number H. In the 2008 come back to Italy and he made the H-Studio, the little home of Number H!
Andrea uses: Fender Jazz Bass V-string deluxe, Ampeg SVT3, Ampeg SVT-410HE, Ampeg SVT-15E.
[edit] Cesare Bogazzi
Cesare Bogazzi was born on July 27, 1980. In the late '90s forms his first band, which will unfortunately short lived. In the 1999 form with his friend Daniele a band called Vanishing Floor which soon Andrea Murgia was joined. In the 2005 after a brilliant work and a lot of gigs and demo tapes that band split.
After 1 year Andrea and Alessandro called Cesare for a new band, with Daniele Esu on the drums. It was born the Number H. Cesare makes the lyrics and the vocal melodies with Alessandro who makes the music. In the 2007 Cesare made an album with the number h and play for some gigs with them. In the 2009 recorded the second release called "Whisper in your ear", and Cesare wrote the lyrics and has treated the concept.
Cesare uses Shure mics.
[edit] Daniele Esu
Daniele Esu was born on December 11, 1974. He approaches to the music since when he was a child, thanks mainly to his father Paolo, also a drummer with some band in the Sixties and Seventies.
He was attracted by the guitars and guitar players who played in the live show. When he was 8 years old he listen for the first time an album of the Deep Purple called "Made in Japan" and he remains fascinated by the drummer who played behind the other members and he was in the first line at the same time. Then Daniele decided to study the drums listening a lot of rock drummers who gave him a hard influence and style.
In the 1986 when he was 12 years old, he form his first band Revelation with some friends, playing untill 1990 and making some gigs in the hinterland. In the 1993 he left the studies of the drums 'cause of some moods. After 10 years he makes a reharsal room (the future H-Studio) with a friend and he played with a rockband called Vintage Storm.
In the 2005 he met Alessandro Zucca and Andrea Murgia who played with the Vanishing Floor. In the 2006 joined in the Number H project as a drummer with Cesare Bogazzi.
