Any way to redirect artist misspellings for all songs?

A random example: The page "Fountains_of_Wayne:Radiation_Vibe" does not exist, but "Fountains_Of_Wayne:Radiation_Vibe" does (note the "of"/"Of" difference). I can create a redirect on "Fountains_of_Wayne:Radiation_Vibe" to point to the correct location, but to do that for every song would be terrible. There is a redirect from "Fountains_of_Wayne" to "Fountains_Of_Wayne", but that doesn't affect individual songs.
