I think I saw a light at the end of the road
I didn't believe we'd get this far

Making me feel like we belong

Then I see that it's fine
For it's the end of the story now

At our journey's end, having rode the storm
Tears stained memories keep us warm
Our forgotten youth only hides the truth

Even at our darkest time
From a ray of light, a bell that chimes

Hold strong and never fear
Right the wrongs, you're so near
Only then will it be clear

Now that our time is done, in victory the battle won
Freedom reigns for one and all
